To help international students understand Chinese employment policies and improve cross-cultural job-hunting skills, the College of International Education held an employment guidance session for them at Zhengxin Building on September 26. Coordinator Wang Xueyuan held the meeting, aiming to help the university’s international students plan career paths scientifically and boost confidence in developing in China.

At the session, Wang Xueyuan walked international students through the key steps of job hunting in China, comparing different types of companies and introducing diverse channels like international organizations. She provided practical guidance on resume localization and cross-cultural interviews, encouraging students to leverage their strengths in line with market needs to broaden their career paths.
